Sharon Mackay

Sharon Mackay joined Graves Richard Harris LLP in July 2011 after working in Barrie and Hamilton, Ontario. Prior to returning to the Niagara region she practiced exclusively in the area of insurance litigation. She is now pleased to be able to take this knowledge and experience and use it to assist injured plaintiffs and their families.

Sharon grew up in Niagara Falls, Ontario and obtained a B.A. from Brock University. After graduating from Brock she worked at the Canadian Consulate General in Buffalo, NY for five years. She then decided to return to school and was accepted to the University of Windsor in 1999. Sharon was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2003 and practiced general civil litigation until moving to Barrie with her young family. She has extensive experience in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, homeowner liability claims and disputes between insurers.

Sharon is happy to return home and have her two children grow up in the beautiful town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. She is looking forward to representing personal injury victims in a professional and compassionate manner and assist them in obtaining fair compensation for their losses.
